Yes, all VEEV device purchases in Canada from VEEV-vape.com, at our Q-Lab retail locations and at other authorized retailers enjoy 1 year of warranty coverage from the date of purchase. What is covered: devices which are defective in terms of material or workmanship when used in accordance with their user guide and which are subject to a valid warranty claim.

Care Plus is an extended service package offered to all customers to help enhance your VEEV experience. Benefits include accidental damage coverage, rapid replacement, international assistance, and VEEV Expert support. Enrollment is automatic once you register your VEEV device and applies for the full period of your device warranty (1 year). Terms and conditions apply. To learn more, click here .
Currently, Care Plus coverage cannot not be extended beyond 1 year of purchase for an existing device. To enjoy a new 1-year Care Plus term, you can purchase and register a new device.
